The request <br />asked for an extension of 30 days in order to prepare a noxious weed management plan for inclusion in the revision <br />currently under review. The revision materials currently being reviewed pertain to the importing of offsite- <br />generated materials and construction of acounty-required noise berm. Please be reminded that there are several <br />items in the revision submittal that need clarification (refer to the 10/25/05 inspection report). <br />The new decision date is now set for December 12, 2005. (Please be reminded that submitting a weed control plan <br />is a corrective action that is required to remedy a problem noted during the 10/25/05 inspection. It is understood <br />that the actual implementation of the weed control will not occur until next spring.) <br />Please note that if, by the close of business on the new decision date, the revision is not adequate for approval, it <br />maybe denied.
