Rinns: <br />Please I ind enclosed "draft" copies of the revised maps completed [o address the map update plan for the <br />CYCC pcrmil. The steps initially outlined to the Division in the April 26, 1996 letter addressing [he <br />1994 Mid-term review responses for Permit No. C-81-071 have been completed as follows with some <br />minor modifcations per our discussion with you on March 19, 1997. Enclosed, please find one revised <br />copy of Permit Renewal Map No. I with additional shading added to depict [he locations within [he <br />CYCC permit boundary for which reclama[ion_liability has been transferred to Twentymile Coal <br />Compam•. This shaded area corresponds to th_e TCC liability areas depicted on the Annual Reclamation <br />Report maps submitted each year. <br />Permit boundaries for Permit Renewal Maps 2 and 3 were completed earlier in the Permit Renewal <br />Process. <br />Also please find enclosed the proposed revised copy of Permit Renewal Map 9A. This map now consists <br />of three (3) separate sheets built on 1" = 500' scale post-mining topography. These maps are constructed <br />to de ict all of the h dr c features formerly appearing on a 9A with the exception o vatershed_ <br />boundaries;~iermanent roads within the permit boundary, permanent drainage features wrt nn [he permit <br />oundary (i.e. livestock water tanks, perntanent gullie ~ainaeec e c. an y roloey monitoring sitesy~ <br />formcrh~ depicted on Perrni[ Renewal Map IOA. Map l0A can be deleted tom the permit document <br />a~,ce the revised Mao 9A is incorporated. <br />Lastly, CYCC will continue to submit Figure 2 with the Annual Hydrology Reports as it is currently <br />constructed on pre-mining topography <br />Please review the enclosed maps and let me know if you would recommend further modifications.
