Morton, <br />Robert J. Stevens, and Larry L. Stevens and is more particulazly described as follows: <br />136.83 acres of land situated in the Northeast Quarter (NEl/4) of Section Twelve (12), Township <br />One (1) North, Range Sixty-seven (67)West of the 6th P.M, County of Weld, State of Colorado, <br />included as a part of Lot B of Recorded Exemption No: 1469-12-1-RE 1525, as per the map recorded <br />January 6, 1994 in Book 1421 under Reception No. 2367922, being a part of the Southeast Quarter <br />(SEl/4) of Section One (1) and the Northeast Quarter (NEl/4) of Section Twelve (12), both being in <br />Township One (1) North, Range Sixty-seven (67) West of the 6th P.M., County of Weld, State of <br />Colorado. <br />This letter is intended to be our official notice to yon that_Lafarge West.
