Wttdny <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Tn~#ee <br />The Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology (Division) proposed a decision to <br />approve the Technical Revision No. 5-51 (TR-51) application to Permit C-1982-056 on <br />June 28, 2006. Public notice of the proposed decision was published on July 2, 2006, in <br />the Steamboat Pilot & Today. The 10-day public comment period following the <br />publication closed on July 12, 2006. No comments were received in response to the <br />notice. The approval proposed decision of the TR-51 application as of June 28, 2006 is <br />final as of July 12, 2006.
