Access to the site will be by
an existing light-use road constructed in 1997. Because the depth of the well is relatively shallow (400 feet)
and the direction is oriented vertically, a small mudpit will need to be constructed. The mudpit designs, would
most likely be fora 0.5 acre pad as previously submitted in Technical Revision No. 101, (TR-101).
MCC is submitting to the Division a corrected Map 53B and a typical 25 Panel MDW Well Design in order for
the CDRMS to approve Minor Revision No. 343. The previously submitted Plugging and Abandonment Figure
did not change.
If you have questions regarding these adequacy responses for the minor revision please call me at (970) 929-
2238.
...................j...~.........................................................._
L6~~'rc'1~.~-C
enry B e
Environmental Engineer
cc: P.
