As the responses involve revisions to the permit document, we aze <br />submitting responses to the Division's Section V-Decision to Require Revisions <br />comments one through nine with proposed changes to the permit document text. Changes <br />to the permit document text have been identified in colored type to facilitate review and <br />discussion and are attached as an appendix to this document. Below, we will provide <br />answers to the comments within the MTR. <br />To expedite the review, and provide an opportunity for dialog on the issues within the <br />MTR, I would propose a meeting between the Division and myself at the eazhest <br />opportunity.
