It is <br />noteworthy that certain elements of Technical Revision No. 28 are necessarily tied to Technical <br />Revision No. 30 -- Postmining Reclamation Plan for the Keenesburg Mine (concurrently in <br />preparation), and must also be considered. <br />An extension necessarily will be needed to firmly establish final design protocol and <br />assumptions, as well as to address the comments in the DMG Adequacy Review letter dated <br />August 15, 1994 regarding Technical Revision No. 28.
