III IIIIIIIIIIIIIIII <br />999 <br />Public Notice <br />Pursuant to Title 34, Article 33, of the Colorado Revised Statutes, the Division of Minerals and <br />Geology hereby issues notice that on September 22, 1995, a minor revision application to a permit <br />to conduct coal mining operations at the Seneca II-W Mine, Permit No. C-82-057 (MR-361, by <br />Seneca Coal Company, P.O. Drawer D., Hayden, CO 81639, was deemed complete for the <br />purposes of filing. The minor revision addresses relocating the explosives storage area. All reviews <br />and comment periods as provided in the Act and Regulation promulgated thereunder initiate from <br />this day of filing. <br />Posted 9/26/95 <br />
