The responses are accepted, <br />and our approval form is attached. <br />Please note that we are accepting the responses to the adequacy <br />concerns numbered 2 and 3, as allowed by Rule 4.03.1(1)(e). We <br />acknowledge that certain minor aspects of the haul road, referenced <br />in the adequacy concerns numbered 2 and 3, exhibit alternate design <br />and construction characteristics.
