Costilla County, Colorado prepazed by Telesto Solutions, Inc. (Telesto) supporting <br />Battle Mountain Resources, Inc.'s (BMRI's) Technical Revision 32 application. This revised <br />submittal incorporates responses and materials associated with the Division's completeness <br />review of the original application submittal and supersedes the previous submittal such all final <br />information is incorporated within the revised submittal. Telesto has reviewed the exhaustive <br />documentation of previous Technical Revision applications associated with the San Luis Project <br />water quality monitoring program and for purposes of simplicity summazizes BMRI's past and <br />current monitoring obligations in Table 1-1 Summary of Surface and Ground Water Monitoring <br />at the San Luis Mine. In addition, Telesto has incorporated references, responses or additional <br />information pertaining to the various Division comments discussed at our December 20, 2002 <br />meeting. <br />Although this process has been extensive, the completion of the revised Quality Control/Quality <br />Assurance protocols will assist all parties involved with the San Luis Project understand and track <br />the past; present and future monitoring obligations associated with CMLRB Permit No. M-88- <br />112.
