Public Notice <br />The Division of Minerals and Geology, in accordance with Title 34, Article 33, of the Colorado Revised <br />Statutes, hereby issues notice that on August 8, 2006, a minor revision application (MR-208) to the Foidel <br />Creek Mine, Permit No. C-1982-056, operated by Twentymile Coal Company, 29515 Routt County Road <br />No. 27, Oak Creek, CO 80467 was considered complete for the purposes of filing. The applicant has <br />requested approval of a temporary construction dewatering discharge from it's 6-North Main <br />Sedimentation Pond. The applicant has obtained a Construction Dewatering Discharge Permit from the <br />Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment.
