The Board agreed to allow you additional time to address the
adequacy concerns raised by the Division. The Board granted the approval with
the condition that it would grant no further continuances on the amendment and
would hear the application at the regularly-scheduled November 15-16, 1989
Board meeting. Should all the adequacy items raised by the Division not be
sufficiently addressed by the November Board meeting, Western Mobile Inc. will
be required to make a presentation of the amendment application to the Board
and discuss the unresolved adequacy issues.
I would encourage you to respond to our adequacy concerns as soon as
possible. Please feel free to call me if I may be of further assistance.
Sincerely,
Daniel I.
