Tabs 7 (Hydrologic Description), 13 (Hydrologic Monitoring Program), and 15 (Probable Hydrologic Consequences) have been extensively revised to address DMG concerns forwarded to PWCC (7/1/93, 10/1/93, and 3/3/94 deficiency and technical revision response letters). The revisions to Tabs 7, 13, and 15: 1) incorporate additional data obtained at the new alluvial (HGDAL3) and stream (HGSD3) monitoring sites; 2) present revisions to the monitoring site map; 3) incorporate gain/loss study data and coal column leach study data; 4) include chemical mass balance analyses for high and low flow conditions in Dry Creek and alluvial flow mixed with coal leachate; 5) clarify monitoring site changes and frequencies; 6) present rationale for the revised monitoring approach; 7) present an approach for Loadout water quality impact assessments; and 8) discuss the impact potential of septic leach field leachate. I trust this response adequately addresses all remaining concerns regarding TR1 that have been identified in the above referenced letters and discussed in numerous conference phone conversations.
