The revisions to Tabs 7, 13, and 15: 1) <br />incorporate additional data obtained at the new alluvial <br />(HGDAL3) and stream (HGSD3) monitoring sites; 2) present <br />revisions to the monitoring site map; 3) incorporate gain/loss <br />study data and coal column leach study data; 4) include chemical <br />mass balance analyses for high and low flow conditions in Dry <br />Creek and alluvial flow mixed with coal leachate; 5) clarify <br />monitoring site changes and frequencies; 6) present rationale <br />for the revised monitoring approach; 7) present an approach for <br />Loadout water quality impact assessments; and 8) discuss the <br />impact potential of septic leach field leachate. <br />I trust this response adequately addresses all remaining <br />concerns regarding TR1 that have been identified in the above <br />referenced letters and discussed in numerous conference phone <br />conversations.
