The terms of the AM No. 001 approved by the Division <br />are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-94-097. All other conditions and <br />requirements of Permit No. M-94-097 remain in full force and effect. <br />The recalculation of the reclamation costs associated with this operation <br />indicate that the financial warranty should be $40,000.00, which is an <br />increase of $10,000.00. You may submit a rider to your present corporate <br />surety, or replace it with a new one.
