Following <br />are TCC's responses to the Division's concerns: <br />Part I <br />1. No response required. <br />2. No justification will be provided at this time for the retention of <br />the bathhouse. The cost of removal of the bathhouse will be <br />included in the bond estimate. <br />3. No response required. <br />4. No response required. <br />5. The DMEA has been contacted regarding the installation of raptor <br />protection for its power transmission poles that are incidental to <br />TCC's operation and within the permit boundary. The DMEA will <br />supply a cost and schedule to install the raptor protection within <br />three weeks. I will let you know when the raptor protection will <br />be installed. <br />6. No response required. <br />7. No response required. <br />8. The information regarding the on-site disposal area is provided on <br />revised page 2.05-8 and new page 2.05-8a.
