The bond release <br />application was found complete by this Division on August 13, 2001. The release request is for a <br />Phase II Bond Release for release of $158,430 on 63.3 acres of reclaimed disturbed grounds at the <br />North Thompson Creek Mines and Loadout area. An on-site inspection is scheduled for 8:00 a.m. on <br />September 11, 2001. The surface ownership is Federal and private, and the coal mined was Federal <br />and private.
