The bond has <br />been modified to reflect the placement of a temporary fan at the site. The <br />temporary fan is required until the continuous miner sections break through <br />and connect the 10 Rieht ~ateroad. It is anticivated that this fan will be <br />needed for 6 to 8 weeks. <br />Kent, I appreciate the effort you and the Division have put forth in reviewing <br />this technical revision.
