iii iiiiiiiiiiiiiiii <br />MINED LIUJD RECLAMATION BOARD <br />DEPARTMEIJT OF NATURAL RESOURCES <br />STATE OF COLORADO <br />File No. C-81-039 <br />ORDER TO CONTINUE HEARI4JG <br />IN THE MATTER OF: ROCKCASTLE COAL COt4PANY, GRASSY GAP MINE <br />This matter came before the Mined Land Reclamation Board ("Board") on <br />June 28, 1990, for consideration of bond forfeiture pursuant to the Colorado <br />Surface Coal i4ining Reclamation Act, Sections 34-33-101 to 137, C.R.S. (1984 <br />and 1989 Supp.) <br />The Board previously considered this matter on May 24, 1990.
