liiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii <br />999 <br />Public Notice <br />Pursuant to Title 34, Article 33, of the Colorado Revised Statutes, the Division of Minerals and <br />Geology hereby issues notice that on January 1 8, 1995, a minor revision application to a permit to <br />conduct coal mining operations at the West Elk Mine, Permit No. C-80-007 (MR-147), by Mountain <br />Coal Company, P.O. Box 518, Somerset, CO 81434, was deemed complete for the purposes of <br />filing. The minor revision addresses installation of Culvert C2-1 . All reviews and comment periods <br />as provided in the Act and Regulation promulgated thereunder initiate from this day of filing. <br />Posted 1/23/95 <br />
