This application has been prepared and is <br />submitted in accordance with the Colorado Division afMineraLr and Geology (DMG) Guidekne Regarding Selected Coal Mine Bond <br />Release Issues (Apri118, 1995), Rule 3.03 Release of Performance Bondr. <br />Copies of the letters sent to surface owners within and adjacent to the permit boundary, holders of easements on the <br />property, and local government bodies providing written notice to seek release aze included in the application package. <br />The "Public Notice" was sent to the Steamboat Pilot for four (4) continuous publications. The first publication will <br />occur on July 1, 2007.
