Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Division of Minerals and Geology has received a revision for the Sanborn Creek and Elk Creek <br />Mine. The revision was called complete on May 9, 2006. The decision due date is May 19, 2006. <br />Oxbow Mining, LLC has submitted a minor revision for the Elk Creek and Sanborn Mines. The revision <br />involves expanding the main office and removing the temporary office trailers, replacing the old mine <br />rescue, coal lab and lamphouse buildings with a new bathhouse facility, Expanding the air compressor <br />building and adding a second compressor and including the II-West coal refuse facility on the appropriate <br />map. Oxbow Mining, LLC is not proposing to disturb any additional lands as a part of this Minor <br />Revision, as all of the construction will take place within the current facilities azea.
