Rowe
7 July 2006
On 7 June, I sent two checks along with my notarized financial and performance
warranties to the division. Both have cleared my bank.
I would like a statement from the division for my records that the warranties have been
received, that the permits have been issued, and that the bonds have been posted. I would
also like assurance that Mrs. Rubeck has received her bond money back from the state.
I'm not sure what the paperwork procedures are; however, the loop is not closed until I
have something in writing. Otherwise I have no legal documentation. )n the past, the
division did not have a record of receipt of one of my bonds. Perhaps if the above
described letter is sent to the applicant, this would help correct any future problems.
Thanks ly,
~~
J L DORRIS
Operator%Owner Glacier Peale Mining
and Topaz Mountain Gem Mine
