Please
respond to these items as soon as possible so the review of CN-001 can be completed in a timely
manner.
Exhibit C and F
1. Please show the boundary of the maximum area that will be affected within the permit
area. This boundary will need to be included on the mining and reclamation plan maps.
Exhibit D
1. Are all areas to Ise affected already disturbed, or will additional area be stripped of
topsoil and overburden?
2. How deep is the average water table depth?
Exhibit E
1. A recommendation for the reclamation phase sequence is to apply the fertilizer before
discing or scarifying the topsoil.
