Box 783 <br />Trinidad, Colorado 81082 <br />RE: Technical Revision to Modify the Sediment Control System at the <br />Trinidad Basin Mine (C-048-81). <br />Dear Mr. Mills: <br />The Division has issued a proposed decision to approve the technical revision <br />submitted by Panorama Resource Services, Inc. for modification of the <br />sedimentation system at the Trinidad Basin Mine. The Division will publish <br />notice of the proposed decision in the Trinidad Chronicle News which will <br />begin a ten day public comment period. The decision of the Division will <br />become final if no requests for a public hearing are requested during that <br />period.
