Long <br /> D~m+ion Director <br />Re: Request for an Extension to submit Financial Warranty, Permit # M-87-127 <br />Dear Mr. Butala <br />On November 17, 1998, the Division provided Butala Construction Company thejustification for <br />reclamation warranty increase in the amount of $ 51,130.00 for a total of $56,130 for the Butala <br />Pit, Permit number M-87-137. At that time, the Division gave you 30 days to review the <br />warranty increase document and submit your comments. On December 15, 1998, you contacted <br />the Division and requested an additional 30 days to review the warranty document.
