In <br />addition I assured Mr. Morgan that Cave of the Winds had no <br />objections to the rock being vn Cave groperty. <br />we reeonPirmed our discussion from saverai years before at <br />which Castle Concrete advised us that theta might be some socks <br />that could become dislodged during the c~,uarrying operation and roll <br />into Williams Canon, possibly onto Cave of the Winds property. <br />However should the boulders become a serious problem to Cave o! the <br />Winds, by Cave o! the Winds' request, Castle Concrete agreed to <br />remedy the situation in a mutually acceptable manor. <br />Agreeing that those ,conditions T+ere still in eFlect we <br />adjourned our meeting. <br />vim. ztc D. <br />General <br /> <br />
