The Division is returning the Application for <br />Succession of Operators, Financial Warranty and Performance Warranty for the following: <br />Apphcation for Succession of Operators: The Division requires that the Successor Operator name <br />remain consistem throughout this documem.. <br />Financial Warranty: The Division requires that the Operator name be the same as the Successor <br />Operator and that the site name be the same as on the Application for Succession of Operators <br />throughout this document.
