Box 591 <br />Somerset CO 81434 <br />Re: West Elk TR-93 Adequacy <br />Dear Mr. Bazbe: <br />The Division has reviewed Mountain Coal Company's submittal of Technical Revision 093 for <br />bulkheads at the Lone Pine portal. <br />The Division has found that the narrative and the designs provided should be designated for <br />incorporation into the existing permit.
