Dear Landowner,
Pursuant to the Rules and Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land
Reclamation Board administered by the Division of Minerals and
Geology, Office of Mined Land Reclamation, all owners of record of
lands that are affected by or within 200 feet of the boundary of
the affected land must be notified of an Amendment to a MLR Permit
as well as the Board of County Commissioners in the county that
contains the affected land.
Please find attached a copy of the Public Notice to be published in
the Silverton Standard and Miner, Silverton, Colorado for your
information and notification of the submitted MLR Permit Amendment.
