The engineer's report Includes the entire surrounding area within 200 <br />feet and is referred to in the Adequacy Response dated September 3, 1999 from <br />Buck Barnhart. Separate documents of damage compensation are provided from US <br />West Communications, Bergstrom and Trojanovich. Existing Structures are <br />diagramed on both the Pre-mining map and the Mining Ptan map. <br />Perimeter berm construct is also addressed in the aforementioned Adequacy <br />Response under Exhibit D, #2. Berms constructed along the west and south <br />boundaries will be composed of salvaged topsoil obtained during mining operation <br />preparation, The es si erm will be constructed of overburden material. All <br />berms are ovary structures to be utilized during reclamation.
