Based on the <br />information supplied, we believe the present nature of the proposed project azea is such that no impact <br />to cultural resources will occur. <br />Should human remains be discovered during mining activities the requirements under State law CRS <br />24.80 part 13 must be followed. Should previously unidentified azchaeological.resources be discovered <br />during mining activities, work must be interrupted until the resources have been evaluated in terms of <br />the National Register of Historic Places criteria, 36 CFR 60.4, in consultation with this office. <br />Thank you for the opportunity to comment.
