Section 1.0 reports 1991 reclama- <br />tion activity as specified in Section 2.04.13 of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board Regulations for <br />Coal Mining. All appropriate maps are enclosed. <br />Section 2.0 is the Annual Hydrology Report and is composed of nine subsections. Subsection 2.9 is a pro- <br />posal to modify Trapper's groundwater sampling frequenry. <br />2.1 Climatological Data <br />2.2 Pit Dewatering and Consumptive Water Use for 1991 <br />2.3 Mining Advancement and Ash Disposal <br />2.4 Monitoring Points <br />2.5 Hydrological Data (Hydro-Engineering Inc. report) <br />2.6 Hydrological Trends <br />2.7 Spoil Spring Sampling <br />2.8 Monitoring Well Abandonment <br />2.9 Proposed Hydrological Monitoring Frequenry Reductions for 1992 <br />Section 3.0 is a report on Trapper's drainageway rewnswction efforts 1987-91. It consists of a nartative <br />segment describing our reconstruction methods and results as well as a map showing the locations of our <br />drainageway reconstruction efforts minewide. In 1991, approximately 6,500 feet of drainage reconswclion <br />was performed in Johnson and East Buzzard Gulches. Peak flow data from the 10-year, 24-hour parsha0 <br />flume located in Coyote drainage are included. <br />Section 4.0 is the recontoured spoil sampling section. This section includes site specific spoil analysis data <br />and a map showing spoil texture and sample identification numbers for Ashmore pit only. <br />Section 5.0 is a narrative and map showing topsoil stockpiles constructed in 1991 and proposed 1992 topsoil <br />stockpile lop[ions. Additionally, the map has been updated to show all existing topsoil stockpiles minewide <br />with appropriate identification numbers. The narrative and accompanying table describes topsoil sttxkpile <br />locations, size and approximate volumes. lncluded is a single topsoil pile constructed in early 1992 and <br />located north of the Middle Ashmore pit hautroad ramp #1. <br />Section 6.0 titled Livestock Ponds is a map, narrative and revaed table showing the actual locations of ponds <br />constructed in 1991 and proposed locations for ponds which may be constructed in 1992. Appropriate cor- <br />respondence (Qualified Impoundment Inspector) verifying pond conswction standards and specifications is <br />enclosed. <br />P.0.
