Under this permit, Sandco, <br />Inc. is required to reclaim the permitted land areas as <br />outlined in the Reclamation Plan. Included in this plan are <br />the areas noted on Exhibit C, Mining Plan, as existing and <br />Future haul roads, alternate stockpile area, and the <br />•Nesterly channel bank of the Animas River along the <br />northerly two thirds of the permit area. <br />During 1991 Lhe new ownership, Redcliff Development, Inc., <br />reworked the entire westerly river channel bank described <br />above and excavated and placed fill material on the <br />haulroads and the alternate stockpile area pursuant to the <br />Dalton Ranch And Golf Club project. <br />In accordance with Rule 7.7 (2) of the Mineral Rules And <br />Regulations, Sandco, Inc. requests a release of al.l <br />responsibility for the reclamation of all lands lying <br />,vesterly of the recorded land boundary established by the <br />awncrship change. <br />Sandco, Inc, is not requesting a reduction of the <br />reclamation bond amount that guarantees the reclamation of <br />the remaining portions of the permitted are:. <br />Si ely, <br />~' - ~ / ~i <br />SAN CO, INC. <br />Encl. 1 copy of Exhibit C, Mining Plan <br />Photos numbered 1 thru 4 with captions <br />cc: La Plata County Planning Department W/O Encl. <br />Redcliff Development, Inc.
