<br />applicat'_on,a reclamation plan and map, and the required fee, as required by law; and

<br />Laurence Construction application and set bond; and

<br />date of issuance of the permit and the anniversary date for all other purposes; and

<br />1) the -application complies with the requirements of the Colorado

<br />2) the operation will not aiversely affect [he stability of any
<br />signi`icaat, valuable, cud permanent man-made structures located

<br />interest in the structure that damage to the structure is to be
