<br />Pursuant to Title 34, Article 35, Paragraph 3, of the Colorado Revised
<br />Statutes, the Division of ifinerais atlJ Geology Hereby issues notice that on
<br />April 22, 1993, a technical revi5iorl application for a permit to conduct coal
<br />mining operations by Somerset Mining Company, P.0. Box 535, Somerset,
<br />Colorado 81434, was deemed cor~plete for the purposes of filing. All reviews
<br />and ccr„ment periods as provided ir. tha Act and Regulations promulgated
<br />thereunder initiate from this day of filing.
<br />The applicant proposes to revise underground coal mining operations at the
<br />Somerset Mine. The technical revision would clarify the sediment control used
<br />for small area exemptions and update the facilitites description in the permit.
<br />The Somerset Coal Mine permit area is located in portions of the following
<br />described lands:
