Dept. of Natural Resource< <br />Enclosed with this letter please find five copies of a certification <br />by a registered professional engineer regarding the rock drain <br />installed in the Dorchester #1 refuse pile. We feel that this <br />response should fully satisfy the issues regarding the existing rock <br />drain in your review of our reconstruction plan.
