Cattany <br />Division Direcor <br />Natural Resource Tmstee <br />Technical Revision No. 40 (TR-40) -Vegetation Evaluation Procedures for <br />Phase III Bond Release <br />Dear Ms. Werner: <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (DBMS) is requesting <br />Colorado Division of Wildlife's (DOW) review of the TR-40 application for the Seneca <br />II Mine regazding vegetation evaluation procedures for Phase III Bond Release. We aze <br />specifically requesting DOW's consultation and approval regazding the December 27, <br />2006 adequacy review responses from Seneca Coal Company (SCC). <br />Enclosed please find the December 27, 2006 response to DBMS comments and proposed <br />revised pages from SCC.
