The following is a summary of <br />the renewal adequacy questions and the previously <br />submitted or planned responses along with a projected <br />response date. <br />I. Company Management Information <br />1. Minor Revision #73 was submitted June <br />18, 1991, and provided the updated Company <br />management information on revised page 1- <br />161, as well as the Company & Mine name <br />change information. <br />II. Classification of Permitted Acreage <br />1. Pages 1-1 and 1-2 were revised as part <br />of Technical Revision #57 submitted in <br />September, 1990, to increase West Elk Mine's <br />overall production tonnages to that typical <br />of a longwall and the acreages were <br />corrected at that time. The surface <br />disturbance acreage shown on pages 1-1 and <br />1-155 should be 94 acres. Contact me if <br />your copy of page 1-1 is not correct. <br />AMCOE20n <br />
