The plant is presently located east of the <br />Golden Eagle truck losdout. The plant will be moved to a <br />position west of the truck loadout and approximately fifty <br />(50) feet taest of the substation. This change is required <br />to mslce the sres east of the losdout available for future <br />improvements to the Golden Eagle coal handling facilities. <br />Discharge from the sec. age treatment plant will be rerouted <br />to pond 003 A revision to our NPDES permit requesting s <br />change in the discharge point has been submitted. The <br />relocation will not be made prior to receiving approval for <br />this change from the Colorado Department of Health. <br />Relocstion of the plant will not result in any incresse in <br />surface disturbance ss the new locstion has been previously <br />disturbed and topsoil snd subsoil removed. The original <br />locstion will be leveled. However, the sres caill not be <br />reclaimed ss construction activities caill be permitted for <br />this sres in the near future. <br />No change in reclamation bonding is anticipated ss the <br />relocation results in no new facilities nor sn incresse in <br />surface disturbance area. <br />
