Following are Bowie Resources Limited's responses to the DMG's <br />comments and concerns: <br />7. Page 10 was revised to indicate inspections will be accomplished by a gualified registered <br />engineer or other qualified professional specialist experienced in construction of earth and <br />rockfill embankments under the direction of a qualified professional engineer. <br />11. Figure 2 was amended to show the straw bales or silt fences will extend up along the <br />perimeter of topsoil stockpiles D & E to separate the topsoil from adjacent collection ditches. <br />13. Seed Mix No. 1, presented on page 2.05-50 was amended. Intermediate wheatgrass was <br />replaced with thickspike wheatgrass and Yellow clover was replaced with Scarlet <br />globemallow. <br />17. Page 8, Volume IX, was amended to indicate what diameter of culvert will be used and how <br />deep the culvert will be buried. <br />25.
