Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology (Division) proposed a decision to <br />approve the withdraw of Technical Revision No. 6-54 (TR-54) application to Permit C- <br />1982-056 on October 5, 2006. Public notice of the proposed decision was published on <br />October 8, 2006, in the Steamboat Pilot & Today. The ] 0-day public comment period <br />following the publication closed on October 18, 2006. No comments were received in <br />response to the notice. The approval proposed decision of the TR-56 application <br />withdraw of October 5, 2006 became final as of October 18, 2006.
