On May 3, 2001 the Division of Minerals and Geology increased the current Financial Warranty for this permit to
$482,419.00, in accordance with Rule 4?.I of [he Rules and Regulations. This is an increase of $339,719.00.
The Division ordered amendment of the current Financial Warranty, or submittal of a new Financial Warranty
reflecting the increase, must be submitted to the Division within 60 days from the date of this letter. if you wish to
submit a different type of Financial Warranty, please contact me such that 1 may send you the applicable form.
