Loos <br />915 W Beaver Avenue Uirdsion Drrecmr <br />FL Morgan, Colorado 80701 <br />Re: Builders Aggregate Company Pit, Permit No. M-Hl-l12, Receipt of Regular Operation Ill Reclamation Permit <br />Conversion Apphcation - CN-001 <br />Dear Ms. Puttho(f: <br />On February 21, 1995, the Division of Minerals and Geology received the copies of Exhibit B -Index Map and Exhibit F - <br />Reclamation plan Map for the application to convert the Builders Aggregate Company pit from a 110(2) permit to a 112 permit. <br />The Division, however, still requires the following information before technical review of the application can begin: <br />1 t1ClC1 ~J t- E\HIBITS~: Pmnf of Filing with County Clerk and Recorder: The purpose of this exhibit is insure that <br />~, ~ ~ anyone in Morgan County interested in reviewing the application can go to the County Clerk's u(lice instead <br />~L of having to come In the Division's main office in Denver anJ that they have the reyuired amount n( time to <br />`Yr ~ review the application by statute. The affidavit or receipt indicating the date on which the application was <br />placed for public review with the local County Clerk and Recorder is the required proof of filing by stamte. <br />It indicates to the Division that you did place a copy o(the application al the Clerk's office and it gives the date <br />when you placed it there. The public notice in the newspaper is not run until the Division considers the <br />application as being submitted. This dues nut happen until all exhibits are filed, including Exhibit R. <br />~rieinal Anolication Form: I(you cannot submit the original application form with the original signature then you can <br />submit an original signature page and tour (4) copies of that page. Please be sure to substitute the signature page n( <br />Ute copy u( the application on file at the County Clerk's uflice. <br />You may amend the application by submitting the requested items. In accordance with Rule I.B, a decision date will he <br />established 90 days from the date of receipt of all requested items. You will need to republish notice, after the Division <br />ainsiders the application submitted, which specifies the final date for receiving comments is the 20th day after the fourth <br />publication or the next regular business day. <br />This letter shall not he conswed to mean that there are no other technical deficiencies in your application.
