Long <br />Drviaon Director <br />Enclosed you will find the Division of Minerals and Geology's Proposed Decision Form for Minor <br />Revision No. 45 at the Sanborn Creek Mine. <br />Documentation must be submitted to the Division demonstrating that a copy of the approved revision <br />application was sent to the Office of Surface Mining and the Bureau of Land Management. The material <br />should be sent within 15 days of final approval. <br />The estimated liability amount of -$39,761.00 for Minor Revision No. 45, when added to the existing <br />liability amount of $2,315,661.00, is $32,561.00 less than the performance bond held. Therefore, you need <br />not submit additions! bond. The Revised Liability figure reflects a correction of an error in the Division's <br />previous reclamation cost estimate.
