Technical Revision 09 is enclosed <br />with revised page 117 for permit insertion, and a copy of the proposed Public <br />Notice. <br />There has been no noticeable subsidence from the monitoring completed to <br />date. Mining in the Eastside Mine has been developmental work and the <br />developmental work will continue for the next two years. We are <br />requesting semi-annual monitoring during the developmental work only. <br />Once pillaring begins, Eastside Coal will resume quarterly monitoring. <br />If subsidence is noted on any point during the semi-annual monitoring <br />periods, then monitoring will be resumed on a quarterly basis. <br />Sincerely, p. <br />G~r~ ~ G~ <br />Linda Limbach <br />/11 <br />
