As shown in Geowest's stability analysis (attached), <br />gob compacted at least 50' within the tce & outside slope of the soil fill allows <br />a safety factor of 1.3. Gob will also be used as the top dressing for the pad <br />so that soil is not picked up when reclaiming coal from the pad surface. <br />The proposed Public Notice is attached.
