This letter pertains to your concerns <br />regazding certain surface disturbances associated with two holes drilled on your property in the Rancho <br />Escondido Subdivision in Las Animas County, Colorado. <br />I have passed your letter on to Kent Gorham, who is the Environmental Protection Specialist in our <br />office to whom the Golden Eagle Mine is assigned. Mr. Gorham is also the person in our office <br />responsible for reviewing Basin Resources' request for Phase I bond release.
