The well in question: islocated in the NW'/,, NE'/., Sec. 16, T2S, R67W; has permit no. <br />32883; has WDID 205516; and was decreed in case no. W-3071. <br />By.this letter; this well is authorized to be operated only.under the following conditions to allow <br />Aggregate Industries to co4lect the needed water quality samples to comply with the Cotarado Division <br />of Minerals and Geology Permit No. M-1999-034: <br />1. This well may only be operated for a maximum of four (4) hours. <br />2. The water withdrawn during the- test may not be used far irrigation. It must either be <br />placed in a natural watercourse or ditch draining to the South Platte River or allowed to <br />percolate into the ground. <br />3. If the well is equipped with a totalizing flow meter, the beginning and ending readings must <br />be recorded. <br />4. If the instantaneous flow rate of the well is measured, it must be recorded. <br />5. The beginning and ending electric meter readings must, be recorded. <br />6. The name of the power company and meter number must be recorded. <br />7. The start and end times of the test must be recorded. <br />8. Water Commissioner Bob Stahl, phone number 303.857.0742, must be notified at least 24 <br />hours prior to the start of the test. <br />9.
