Long <br />11521 Brighton Road Dnision Director <br />Henderson, CO 80640 <br />RE: Withdrawal of Hearing from Mined Land Reclamation Board Agenda, <br />Walstrum Quarry, Permit No. M-1983-033 <br />Dear Mr. Frei: <br />On Apri] 20, 2001 you were notified of'a hearing for consideration of possible notice violation at the <br />Walstrum Quarry for failure to submit a blasting vibration control plan. The required plan was <br />subsequently submitted as a technical revision to the reclamation permit and has now been approved. The <br />technical revision approval letter is being forwarded to you under separate cover. Due to the submittal of <br />the blasting vibration control plan on May 3, 2001, the Division of Minerals and Geology requested that <br />the Mined Land Reclamation Board withdraw from their agenda consideration of a possible notice of <br />violation against the Walstrum Quarry. I am pleased to inform you that the Board voted to withdraw the <br />item from their agenda on May 24, 2001.
