Aggregate Source and <br />conclude that the minimum requirements of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act have been <br />met. Therefore, I will recommend to the Mined Land Reclamation Board that the amendment <br />application addressing the expansion from 30 to 65 acres be approved. <br />The Division has scheduled apre-hearing conference at the home of Ms. Rita Everem, 150 Tunnel <br />Drive in Canon City at 10:30 a.m., October 11, 1995. Sandy Brown will serve as th.e pre-hearing <br />conference officer.
